Galvanised steel tension bars are used vertically to secure chain link fence ends to terminal posts, end posts, corner posts, and gate posts. Tension bars simply slide vertically into a channel naturally created when the chain link wire is woven. Use 5/8" wide bars for residential applications and 3/4" wide bars for commercial applications.
